The role will encompass managing sales in established territories as well as pioneering brand expansion into fresh markets.

The ideal candidate will be a go-getter, a dynamic individual with a thirst for success. You will have outstanding business acumen, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a sense of ambition that is always driving you on to the next big challenge.

You must have proven success in opening, developing and managing international sales in the beauty and wellness sector, or have strong familiarity within FMCG, and are looking to flex your muscles with an exciting portfolio of brands in a thriving category.

You will be analysing global markets and trends to identify new sales opportunities, whilst also managing and delivering brand sales in territories that range from Vietnam to Scandinavia that meets or exceed expectations.

You will identify key target markets and devise strategies that will establish the business and produce an ROI. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to build relationships with existing distributors and retailers.

You must be able to work flexibly and fluidly, as you juggle multiple tasks. Your confidence and ‘hunter-mentality’ will enable you to work directly with international retailers, building on these partnerships to maximize growth opportunities and open new accounts.

You will put in place joint business plans, sales targets and prepare contracts and exclusivity agreements with retailers and distributors.
